Booking Terms & Conditions 

RESERVATION – To secure your booking complete the booking form and return it together with your deposit/payment. Confirmation will be sent to you by return. Please check that the details are accurate and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.


COSTS – The price quoted is for the rental of the appropriate villa/apartment per week, according to the season. In addition, the following is also included: electricity, gas, water and pool/garden maintenance for individual villas with private pools. Not included are transfers to and from the villa, insurance, car hire and flight costs.


PAYMENTS – For bookings made 8 weeks or more before arrival at La Manga Club Resort a 10 % – 20% deposit should be made, the balance being due 8 weeks before arrival. If for any reason, the balance is not received within 7 days of the due date, cancellation may be assumed by ourselves with consequent loss of deposit and/or cancellation charges as set out below. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the total price is due with the booking form, via bank transfer


CANCELLATIONS BY YOU –  Should you wish to cancel your booking once it has been accepted by us, we must receive written instructions to this effect. This will need to be cancelled 90 days prior to your arrival. After this time the full amount is payable by you. 

CANCELLATIONS BY YOU DUE TO COVID 19 –  If you unable to travel due to flight cancellations
or quarantine restrictions only then a postponement of your reservation is offered.
Documentation of flight cancellations must be shown. The postponement of dates is
only valid for up to one year from your original travel date.


CANCELLATIONS BY US – If the accommodation becomes unavailable once confirmation has been made, we will try to provide a similar accommodation to the specifications on the booking form. If no such alternative accommodation is available or if the alternative accommodation is not acceptable to you the booking will be cancelled and a full refund of accommodation costs will be made, but no further sums will be due and payable by us in respect of the cancellation. (Compensation will not be payable if we are forced to cancel due to war, disaster, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control).


PROPERTIES IN GENERAL – The information regarding properties and any other descriptions made by us are made in good faith and are not intended to mislead. However, changes in facilities may occur without our knowledge. We cannot be held responsible for resulting inaccuracies that are beyond our control. Although we reasonably believe that the electricity and water supplies are of a standard comparable to other holiday accommodation in this area of Spain, they are often not as reliable as the supply in the UK. Short breaks in the supply do sometimes occur. If during the occupation, an accommodation becomes uninhabitable due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. adverse weather conditions, fire, power failure or water ingress, we will try to provide alternative accommodation at no extra charge. In these circumstances or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall be under no liability to pay compensation. All properties are privately owned and building work and resulting noises may occur at any time during the season at an adjacent property which may be undertaken by a third party over which we have no control. Whenever possible we agree to give you advanced warning of any major works and any available alternative accommodation will be offered (with you paying or receiving a refund in respect of any difference in price). We cannot be held responsible for any such building works which might commence at an adjacent property during your occupation. La Manga Diamond Services shall have no liability whatsoever to you if we are unable to fulfil our obligations under this agreement for reasons which are beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation war, disaster, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions or any matter referred to above. La Manga Villa Diamond Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any matter outside the reasonable control of La Manga Diamond Services including (but not limited to) acts of God, war, civil disturbance, strikes or any other industrial action, acts of Government or failure of public supplies.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT - At the time of paying the balance, we require a £300.00 damage deposit. This will be returned to your bank account after your departure (within 7 days)


DAMAGES DURING YOUR STAY – Any breakages should be reported locally before vacating the property. We reserve the right to charge for damage and breakages not reported and found after departure.


RENTAL PERIOD – The rental period commences at 16:00hrs on the day of arrival and terminates at 10:00 hrs on the day of departure.


SUBLETTING – The person booking the holiday is responsible for his/her guests. No other guests other than those detailed on the booking form may be invited to stay in the property without our written permission. Subletting the property to others is not permitted.


PETS – Pets/animals are strictly forbidden in apartments/villas, unless agreed by prior arrangement at the time of booking


COMPLAINTS – In the unlikely event that you have a complaint whilst you are on holiday please bring it to the attention of our on-site manager as soon as possible so that we can have an opportunity to put it right at the time. We cannot accept any responsibility for any claim if we are not alerted, as we will have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.
