LA MANGA DIAMOND is a small, family-run company based in La Manga Club Golf resort, managing properties and offering Rental Accommodation in the La Manga area.
Having over 30 years experience in the Travel and Tourism Industry, specialising in the care and maintenance of holiday accommodation; we can offer a full care programme which can be tailored to suit the individual needs of each owner. It is our belief that the most important aspect of Property Management is our owners’ complete peace of mind, knowing that their property is in safe hands and will be regularly checked, with an email sent detailing anything which is a cause for concern
We pride ourselves on keeping costs to a minimum, with no hidden extras. Cleaning fees
are charged by the hour so that you only pay us for the work we do. The same applies to
the laundering of towels and linen which carries a per person charge. It is unfair to be
charged for the laundry of a full villa or apartment if only two people are staying there.
All we ask is that you advise us as soon as possible of arrival and departure times, flight
details, the number of people who will be staying in your property and any special
requests or requirements they or you may have so that we can successfully arrange our
work schedules.

Airing and maintenance checks on a monthly basis with the option of paying monthly or annually
Upholstery Cleaning
We can offer the steam cleaning, disinfecting and deodorising of mattresses, rugs, carpets and sofas.
Quotes upon request
Maintenance and building work, dependent on the work involved.
We have a full range of tradesmen, to cover all aspects of maintenance, building, decorating and alterations

All cleaning will be carried out with our own equipment and cleaning materials. If using your own linen, please be assured that this will NOT be mixed with any 'pool' of linen, but shall be kept entirely separate and returned to your property as soon as laundered.
