Beautiful villa in a prime position in El Rancho, outstanding full panoramic sea and south golf course views. Set in mature, landscaped gardens with private rear steps to the gardens and 9 pools, all for El Rancho guests. Pool 8 is just 10 yards and Pool 9 only 35 yards from the rear of our villa. All pools have children's paddling pools, parasols, sunbeds and showers included. There is a grassed area between the pools, ideal for children to play.

The villa is spacious, light, airy and peaceful, fully air-coned in summer and heated in winter with recently installed Newlec radiators and a gas fire. It is tastefully furnished and extensively equipped.

The rear terrace is a superb dining/sunbathing area with a built-in BBQ, new dining table, 8 chairs, large parasol, bench seating and sunbeds.

The front terrace has a table, 4 chairs and cushions and makes a perfect alternative for outdoor dining. There are double doors from the open plan, extended living/dining room to all terraces. The living room has a wall-mounted Digital TV/Sky with all sports channels and a DVD player, four-seater leather sofa, leather recliner chairs, scatter cushions and a coffee table. The modern kitchen has a large archway through to the dining table. The Master bedroom has been extended with a large alcove for a cot/Z bed.
