Bathrooms

The villa is situated overlooking the North golf course (left of the fourth tee and untroubled by errant golf balls) of La Manga Resort. You should have or hire a car (anyone driving in Spain should carry their driving licence) to get the most out of the villa, the resort and the surrounding area.

The villa is particularly suitable for families with young children sharing or a multi-generational family. It is not suitable for anybody who needs a wheelchair or has particular difficulty with stairs. The villa is fully equipped for ten adults.

The villa has five bedrooms, all en-suite, four having bathrooms with sink/s, bath, bidet, toilet and shower and the fifth the same but with a walk-in shower rather than a bath. The bathrooms all have heated towel rails (the switch for the towel rail in the large bathroom is in the wardrobe and is the furthest of the two half switches on the wall). All bedrooms have built in cupboards for hanging clothes and drawers (the built in hanging space for the fifth is in the hall just outside the bedroom door). The rest of the accommodation consists of lounge, dining room, kitchen (two fridges, one freezer, electric and gas hob, cooker, dishwasher, a double sink, microwave and extensive other kitchen equipment, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses), utility room (tumble drier and Miele washing machine), dining room and cloakroom. Beds can be made up with just a top sheet and light fold back cover or with duvets. Blankets are available. There is a mosquito repellent ‘tablet’ heater in each bedroom with a supply of tablets.
