This lovely two bedroomed apartment is situated on the first floor, just a short stroll away from the Bellaluz Central Plaza, where you will find several restaurants, bars, a well-
stocked supermarket and boutiques. The apartment is very well furnished, with air conditioning throughout. The spacious open plan lounge/dining area has satellite TV with Sky Sports and Cinema channels and a separate dvd player.
Complimentary fibre optic Wi-Fi is available in the apartment throughout your stay. The recently renovated family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, wash hand basin,
toilet and complete with fully fitted cupboards.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob and oven, a brand new fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine, together with all the necessary utensils.
The main bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, complete with fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and a side facing Juliet balcony.
Also available during your stay are private pool passes to a 25 metre heated swimming pool with an adjacent children’s heated pool. There is also a seasonal poolside café/snack bar.
With this rental, sporting rights for up to 4 people for La Manga Club are available, which includes, golf, tennis, bowls et
